Police officer denies obligation to report church abuse victim
A Baltimore police officer was arrested this week after he admitted reporting the abuse of a female officer in카지노 사이트 the county’s internal affairs division to his superiors, according to Baltimore police reports.
The accusations were made in a June 20 report to Maryland State Police by Officer Bobby Smith, who was assigned to the Internal Affairs division. In it, he said the abuse took place before he was hired.
“The complainant stated she suffered numerous abuse related to her position,” according to a report written by Sergeant Scott R. Stow of the Baltimore Police Department’s Internal Affairs unit a바카라nd released on June 22.
In the report, posted on the department’s website, the alleged abuse occurred before Smith was hired as a police officer in March 2010.
The Baltimore Sun reported that while Smith’s wife is the victim’s mother, he worked alongside her, as did several other officers. The victim was a county prosecutor’s daughter, the newspaper reported.
According to Smith’s allegations, he became aware the abuse took place more than eight months after the victim reported it.
“That was, in my opinion, an intentional disregard for the protection of an officer,” said Smith, who was charged with two felony counts of maki카지노 사이트ng false statements against a victim of abuse, as well as a misdemeanor count of tampering with a witness against him.
Smith declined to comment through a police spokesman.
Smith was arrested and arraigned June 27 on charges including three counts of making a false statement to a witness and two counts of criminal mischief.
A hearing for his bond was scheduled for July 3. It is unclear at this time when Smith will appear in court.
